9f53b904c5 Force bluetooth library to be AOSP's 
Some vendors set ro.bluetooth.library_name.
This shouldn't matter because GSIs targetting Pie ignore those
properties from vendor.
Sadly we're targetting Oreo, so vendor can set it.
