5570b50a52 Samsung has two android.hardware.power HAL. Take appropriate one. 
Samsung includes both stock AOSP android.hardware.power service, and
their own vendor.samsung.hardware.miscpower.

Since the two HALs define the same full-qualified name, hwservicemanager
takes whichever comes last.

Using proper power HAL is needed for Samsung device to have proper sleep
of the touchscreen, and better power handling.

c9b139187f Resize userdata on OP6 
We'll probably want to do that for other devices as well
But this requires /data to be available at that time.
That's probably true only for FBE devices, not FDE.
Also, we might not want to do that on all devices
So for the moment, do it only on OP6
